ELGA
are adopting the following condition for the 2005
Championships:
DRIVING CLUBS - Driving clubs must not have a
characteristic time greater than 257 microseconds
when measured on pendulum testing apparatus approved
by R&A Rules Limited - see also Appendix II,
5a of the Rules of Golf. Penalty for Breach of
Condition - Disqualification.
The list of Non-Conforming Drivers is available
from the R&A Website. Players will need to
check the list to see if their Drivers are conforming
and therefore accepted in the 2005 Championships.
